Shipping Policy

While we consistently achieve excellent hatch rates here on the farm, shipped hatching eggs are always subject to factors beyond our control. Handling, temperature fluctuations, shipping delays, and changes in air pressure can all impact hatchability. For this reason, we cannot guarantee fertility, hatch rates, or viability once eggs leave our farm.

As a general guideline, a 50% hatch rate from shipped eggs is considered excellent within the poultry community. To help offset the risks associated with shipping, we include one extra egg for every half dozen ordered whenever possible.

By purchasing shipped hatching eggs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with shipping and incubation.

Shipping Information

We ship hatching eggs via UPS unless another shipping method is requested. Every order is carefully packaged using foam egg shippers, with additional bubble wrap above and below the eggs, then insulated and double-boxed for maximum protection during transit. We take every precaution possible to ensure your eggs arrive safely.

All hatching eggs are collected within 72 hours of shipment and are shipped Monday through Wednesday to help minimize time in transit. Expedited shipping upgrades are also available at checkout for customers who prefer faster delivery.
